Brown Sand is the desert-and-dust workhorse — a warm, pale tan that's tailor-made for basing, terrain, dry earth, canvas and sun-bleached kit. It's one of the most reached-for tones in Vallejo's Model Color range for good reason: it just goes everywhere a scene needs a bit of grounding.
