Because the models are push-fit, all you need is a pair of clippers to get them off the frame and together — no glue, no fuss, and you're painting within minutes. All six pots are Base paints, so they'll go on solid straight over the plastic; when you want the armour's edges and recesses to pop, a Shade such as Nuln Oil is the classic one-pot upgrade. Get these two done and you'll have the confidence (and the core colours) to take on a whole company.
