The Basilisk and Medusa are the Solar Auxilia's mobile siege batteries — heavy guns on a Leman Russ hull, sealed against enemy fire and hostile atmospheres, pummelling enemy positions as the cohort advances.

- Long-barrelled Earthshaker cannon (Basilisk) or wall-shattering Medusa mortar
- Full interior, with an opening rear door and roof revealing two loading crew
- Optional forward spotter/gunner (heavy flamer, multi-laser or heavy stubber), plus hunter-killer missile and dozer blade upgrades
- Solar Auxilia vehicle transfer sheet (180 transfers)
