The Story
A hard-working red-brown with a foot in two camps. Rot (Rotbraun) RAL 8012 was used mainly for primers that protected all manner of materials, and it also served the German Army as a camouflage colour when supplies of RAL 8017 ran short. A useful, authentic brown for German armour and any subject that needs a warm oxide-red base.
