The Story

The darker partner in Britain's maritime camouflage. RAF Extra Dark Sea Grey featured in the WWII Temperate Sea Scheme on Fleet Air Arm and Coastal Command aircraft, then went on to serve as an upper-surface colour on FAA machines right up to the early 1980s. A long-serving grey that spans piston biplanes to Cold War jets.
